By Francis Tusiime 10/12/2014 Kabarole Farmers in Kasenda Subcounty, Kabarole district have decried the poor state of Rwankenzi Isunga road;the only district road in the subcounty that connects the farmers to Markets for their produce. Hon.Tugume promised to forward their concerns to the district to see if emargency works can be done as the road awaits full construction by the ADB funded CAIIP program.
